UX Content Collective

01. challenge

After leaving Google in June 2018, I founded an e-learning company with several partners to teach UX writing in online courses. UX writers and content designers have few available training solutions beyond reading articles online.

02. solution

Working in a bootstrap style, I recruited several additional founders and we set to work creating online UX writing courses including Fundamentals, Content Research & Testing, and Conversation Design for Chatbots.

03. outcome

The company is profitable and continues to grow month-over-month. We're releasing additional advanced courses and expanding our B2B offerings. Our workshops continue to offer fast-paced learning for critical skills.
