Gyft for Business
Gyft (an e-gift card company acquired by First Data) needed to launch a lucrative B2B offering, but lacked designs and marketing plans to support the upcoming product offering.
Working with the product manager, the head of UX, and the engineering team, we built out designs for bulk purchase flows, landing pages, support site content, and models for marketing analytics. I led content strategy, user research, and go-to-market planning for the product launch.
All content and design components delivered on-time including marketing site, help content, a limited mobile app, and the main desktop site. 40% month-over-month growth post-launch.
